UNIFORMED® offers a limited warranty of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days after original purchase from an authorized UNIFORMED® dealer or on our website.

  • UNIFORMED® will not accept a warranty claim if the product has evidence of excessive wear or misuse.
  • Please note the manufacturer’s warranty does not mean that you can abuse your UNIFORMED® product and expect us to replace it for free. We don’t cover normal wear and tear on things like paint finishes, dents from drops, broken glass, broken caps from drops, rubber gaskets being pulled off by toddlers, loss, theft, or any other misuse of product or care instructions within packaging (Dishwashing, etc.). UNIFORMED® reserves the right to request images of defective product validation if deemed appropriate for certain requests.
  • If a covered defect is discovered, UNIFORMED® will replace your product with the same or similar product at UNIFORMED®’s option for FREE after a visual inspection has been completed. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, so be sure to hold onto your receipts.
